Deposit by the users:
The owners of the tourist use housing may require the users to make a reservation, an advance of the price which is understood to be the amount of the result of the services provided. In this regard, to formalize the reservation at our Finca Santi establishment, we request a minimum advance payment of 25% of the total price of the stay.
Cancellation of the reservation:
- The house for tourist use is obliged to inform the user, before the formalization of the contract, about the cancellation clauses.
- The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, provided that it is made before the 15 days before the arrival date.
Security deposit for possible damage
The tourist user of the dwelling for tourist use is obliged to make a payment of 200 € in order to cover the possible damages that may be caused during their stay, which will be returned upon completion if the property is found. in perfect condition.
